Erie Spanish Academy Mission

Erie Spanish Academy

Erie is a family-friendly city, and caters to the needs of children and families by providing both outdoor activities in the summer, and indoor recreational facilities in the harsh winters of the northeast. With these distinctive qualities, Erie has fun for every member of the family, all year long.

The annual Cherry Festival, sponsored by the Erie Fire Department, includes a parade, entertainment, food, and rides, all inspired by the small yet succulent fruit. The Erie County Fair is a major attraction of the city, taking place on 265 acres of land, and filling the air with the sounds of carnival music and the scent of freshly baked goods. The Erie Seawolves baseball team is the minor league team of the city, and provides excitement for every child. The Erie Zoo is uniquely developed for families, providing classes for children and adults, and even offering free admission at designated times on weekends.

Culturally, Erie is growing in diversity as the city grows in size. The city is hosting the Latino Health Fiesta, catering to the needs of Latinos in several cities across the country. The goal of the fiesta is to provide medical knowledge to Hispanics in the area, and also to provide a distinctive and fun festival, encouraging cultural knowledge in the city.
